Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis Ireland is seeking a Medical Scientist / Biomedical Scientist in Histology to join our laboratory team. You will rotate through cut–up, embedding, microtomy and staining as part of a busy histology service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Biomedical Science, is fully registered (CORU or HCPC) and has at least 5 years’ experience in a working histology lab, with a strong quality focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science or Biomedical Science.
• CORU or HCPC registration evidence required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all histology functions: cut-up/dissection, embedding, microtomy and staining.
• Perform routine analyses and contribute to new method implementation.
• Support ISO 15189 quality management and continuous improvement.
