Squash Ireland is recruiting a High Performance Lead & Coach to work closely with the CEO to deliver the High Performance Strategy 2025–2028 and advance performance objectives within the Connecting the Dots 2024–2028 plan.

Central to the role is supporting athletes through the LA 2028 Olympic qualification cycle and the 2027 European Games, while preparing athletes for World and European events and building a sustainable pipeline of talent for future championships.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the high-performance strategy for Squash Ireland 2025–2028 in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
• Support athletes through the LA 2028 Olympic qualification cycle and the 2027 European Games, coordinating performance programmes.
• Prepare athletes for World and European Championship events and build a sustainable talent pipeline for future major championships.

High Performance Lead & Coach

Squash Ireland is the National Governing Body for squash on the island of Ireland. Role

We are recruiting for a High Performance Lead & Coach who will work closely with the CEO to deliver the Squash Ireland High Performance Strategy 2025–2028 and the performance objectives within the Connecting the Dots 2024–2028 Strategic Plan.

Central to this role is supporting athletes through the LA 2028 Olympic qualification cycle and the 2027 European Games, as well as preparing athletes for World and European Championship events while building a sustainable pipeline of talent for future major championships.

This role will establish and lead a high-performance environment underpinned by professional planning, high-performance coaching, and integrated support services to deliver consistent success at European, World, and Olympic level.
