Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals Limited in Dublin is seeking a skilled HGV Driver Plant and MEWP Load/Unload to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for timely collection and deliveries from customer sites, and for safe loading, unloading and securing loads of rental equipment.

Key requirements include class C licence with up to 6 points, CPC, Tachograph card, and a proactive safety approach. We offer a real living wage, development opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of class C driving licence – with no more than 6 points.
• CPC certification.
• Tachograph card.
• Safe Pass is advantageous, however training can be provided.
• Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers.
• A polite manner at all times when visiting customer premises.
• Good geographical knowledge and Industry experience (desirable).
• Ability to use IT systems (desirable).
• FORS compliant (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load.
• Load and unload rental, electrical and powered access equipment including heavy plant.
• Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers.
• Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all time.

About The Role
