Job summary

REED RECRUITMENT seeks a qualified HGV Driver Category C for Dublin West, Republic of Ireland. You will transport goods, load and unload equipment, and maintain safety and compliance across deliveries to customer sites.

The role requires a Class C license, CPC, tachograph card and a safety-conscious approach to visiting customer premises. Training for Safe Pass can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of class C driving license.
• CPC Certified.
• Tachograph card.
• Safe Pass is advantageous, however training can be provided.
• Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers.
• A polite manner at all times when visiting customer premises.
• Good geographical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods.
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load.
• Load and unload rental, electrical and powered access equipment including heavy plant.
• Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers.
• Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all time.

About The Role

Are you ready to be a part of a rapidly developing business. We are looking for a talented HGV Driver Plant and MEWP Load/ Unload to join our team to ensure timely collection and deliveries from customer sites whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Operating commercial vehicles for the transportation of goods
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load
