AfterQuery is seeking healthcare quality professionals as contractors to author and grade patient safety and quality scenarios used to test frontier AI models.

As a contractor you will write realistic scenarios, craft reference answers with the methodology, and grade model outputs for regulatory accuracy. This role is fully remote, async, with no fixed hours, minimum 10 hours per week, and pay of $80–$120 per hour via Stripe.

Qualifications

• Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification.
• 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
• Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.
• Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Healthcare quality professionals to build the patient safety and quality scenarios frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring healthcare quality professionals as contractors to author and grade the patient safety and quality scenarios those evaluations run on.

What you’ll actually do: Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan. Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis. Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy. Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause.

Who this is for: Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification. 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement. Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness. You can write improvement plans clearly enough for another quality professional to follow them.

Contract and pay $80 to $120/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours. Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week. No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers. Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.
