Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Non-Physician Admin for the CL Funnel on a contract basis. This remote role requires about 10+ hours per week and offers $50–$65 per hour.

You will design healthcare scenarios to train AI agents, build records, and evaluate tasks for model training, working independently with flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Must have 2+ years in healthcare administrative/back-office roles and experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, encoders, and coding tools.
