TTM Healthcare Solutions are seeking Chef professionals to join a HSE Hospital in Cork. The role involves rotational shifts across various days and locations within the hospital network, offering flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You will prepare meals that meet dietary standards, adhere to food safety protocols, maintain a clean kitchen, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive dining experience for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• HACCP certification or a relevant cookery qualification.
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam).
• International Police Clearance (if applicable).
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to meet dietary and nutritional standards.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.
