This is a home care role - You will be visiting and supporting clients in their own homes.

What is Home Care?

As a Home Care Assistant, you\'ll support people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live with dignity in their community. You are not based in a hospital or nursing home, you travel from home to home within your local area.

Requirements

We welcome both new and experienced carers who meet one of the following:

• QQI Level 5 Modules: Care Skills/Healthcare Support; Care of the Older Person
• OR 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete the two modules (which Bluebird Care provides FREE of charge)
• Good spoken and written English
• A full Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Must have legal right to work in Ireland - sponsorship is not available
