CPL HealthCare is recruiting HealthCare Assistants for South Dublin with opportunities across Ireland. If you are positive, communicative and passionate about elderly care, this is a great fit.

We welcome both experienced and inexperienced applicants. Work schedule includes day and night shifts with flexibility requested. Full-time permanent contracts available, with relocation support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience.
• Availability to work varied shift patterns including days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in elderly care is desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Newly graduated HealthCare Assistants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents while maintaining their independence and dignity, assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Follow care plans and deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and maintain relations with residents and their families.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
• Maintain a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
