St Joseph’s Foundation CLG in Granagh, Co. Limerick, is seeking suitably qualified Healthcare Assistants on a permanent full-time contract. The role involves working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, in a supportive residential setting, and ensuring HIQA standards are met.

Applicants must have QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or a related field and a genuine passion for improving quality of life for people with disabilities. Salary is €34,000 per annum, with a 39-hour week.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or a relevant field.
• Experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and maximizing their quality of life.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a dedicated team and independently when required.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users and stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day running of services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and residential care regulations.
• Support individuals at the Granagh premises in Liskennet.
