Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

This is a home care role. You will be visiting and supporting clients in their own homes across Dublin West. Full-Time & Part-Time roles are available. Pay: Up to €17.00 per hour.

What is Home Care?

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live with dignity in their community. You are not based in a hospital or nursing home; you travel from home to home within your local area.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Requirements

We welcome both new and experienced carers who meet one of the following:

• QQI Level 5 Modules: Care Skills/Healthcare Support; Care of the Older Person

OR

• 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete the two modules (which Bluebird Care provides FREE of charge)
• Good spoken and written English
• Driving is an advantage, but non-drivers will be considered
