Job summary

Tarasis Healthcare is seeking kind, caring Health Care Assistants to join our team across Ireland. Earn up to €20.10/hour with fortnightly pay, signing and referral bonuses, flexible schedules, and paid mileage.

Qualifications

• Kind and caring attitude required.
• Full driving license and access to a car.
• QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of Older Person or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Complete all care duties as detailed in the care plan.
• Assist clients with personal care (toileting, washing, dressing).
• Assist with practical tasks (house cleaning, cooking, dishwashing).
• Provide refreshments and light snacks as required.
• Promote independence and preserve client dignity.
• Uphold clients' rights at all times.

What your role will entail:

• Completing all care duties and tasks, detailed in the individual care plan
• Assisting clients with all personal care: toileting, washing, dressing etc.
• Assisting in practical support such as house cleaning; cooking; dish washing; etc.
• Ensuring clients are provided with refreshments and light snacks, as required
• Promoting independence and choice where possible.
• Upholding client’s rights and preserving their dignity, always
