Comfort Keepers is seeking Healthcare Assistant/Carer in Kilbarrack to support clients to live independently at home in their local community. The role involves compassionate personal care, meal prep, medication prompts, and documentation, with travel between client visits in a defined local area.

The position offers full or part-time hours, with paid training (QQI Level 5) and opportunities for progression into senior roles. Garda vetting and uniform are provided, plus 24/7 management support.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland is required.
• A driving licence is not required but beneficial.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; support to complete it will be provided.

What the Role Involves:

• Delivering personal care including support with mobility, dressing, and continence care with dignity and respect at all times.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Travel between client visits within your local area.

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly rates up to €18.53. Premium rates for weekends, bank holidays, qualifications, and length of service, your pay grows with you.
• Travel between client visits in your local area using your own vehicle - mileage fully reimbursed.
