Job summary

Manor Homecare is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support clients in Bray, Greystones and surrounding areas. The role focuses on person-centred care to help clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer competitive hourly rates (€14.75–€17.25 base), weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, free Garda Vetting and uniform, and opportunities for career progression. Flexible hours and full induction training are provided.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required.
• Caring, patient and reliable nature.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to complete training.
• Flexible to work varied shifts.
• Full driving licence and own car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and mobility support.
• Meal preparation, feeding and light household tasks.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Safe moving and handling using mobility aids.
• Recording care notes and reporting changes in a client’s condition.
• Following health and safety, infection control and fire safety procedures.
