Job summary

Bluebird Care Dublin North is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to work across Dublin North (Swords, Drumcondra and Glasnevin). You will support local people to remain independent at home and may pursue a QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.

We offer flexible hours, 24/7 support from managers, full induction, ongoing training opportunities, and a lucrative refer-a-friend scheme. Salary is based on role with contracted hours and bi-monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or personal caregiving experience.
• Willingness to complete QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to remain independent at home in Dublin North.
• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family carers as needed.
