Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care to residents

Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts

Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure.

Organise daily work plans with nursing staff.

Support all aspects of residents' daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship.

Requirements

  • QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years' experience in elder care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong supervisory and motivational skills
  • OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree
