Job summary

Bluebird Care Ireland is currently recruiting compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our growing team across Donegal and Killybegs. Roles available in Donegal Town and Killybegs with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.

We offer competitive pay rates based on grade, day, and visit length. Responsibilities include providing personal care, daily activity support, monitoring client wellbeing, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment in line with care standards.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Care of the Older Person and Care Skills.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a care setting.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Access to own transport.

• Monitor and report changes in client wellbeing

Weekday Rates (Mon-Sat):

• G2: €7.50 (30min), €10.50 (45min), €14.15 (1hr)
• G3: €8.00 (30min), €11.25 (45min), €15.00 (1hr)
• Unit Staff: €15.00 (1hr)

Sunday Rates:

• G2: €8.00 (30min), €11.25 (45min), €15.00 (1hr)
• G3: €9.00 (30min), €12.00 (45min), €16.00 (1hr)
• Unit Staff: €16.00 (1hr)

Bank Holiday Rates:

• G2: €14.00 (30min), €21.00 (45min), €28.00 (1hr)
• G3: €15.00 (30min), €22.50 (45min), €30.00 (1hr)
• Unit Staff: €30.00 (1hr)
