Senior Utilities & Civils Contractor – 2-Year Infrastructure Project (South Sligo Region)

A large-scale, two-year power infrastructure project is starting south of Sligo. The role is site-based, with a challenging site environment. This project will support advanced grid stabilisation through new technology and will offer further opportunities on additional sites in Ireland.

Key Details:

Term: 2-year contract

Rate: €50/hour (Contractor)

Schedule: 45 hours per week

Location: South of Sligo

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in utilities and civils, ideally managing large or complex sites
• Strong background in substation works, grid projects, or similar infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to oversee challenging construction environments
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Available to start in early October
• Willingness to consider future work upon project completion

Desirable:

• Experience with advanced grid technology projects
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the utilities sector
