We are looking for a Health and Safety Personnel to join our growing team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate, with in-house training provided and close collaboration with a Health & Safety Manager.

The Role

As part of the Health and Safety Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily site inspections to ensure operations and procedures are correctly followed, with effective communication.
• Assisting in accident investigations and follow-ups.
• Monitoring site training needs, organizing training sessions, and maintaining the training matrix.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety documentation is accurate, signed, and properly filed.
• Conducting Toolbox Talks.
• Assisting with the Site Emergency Plan.
• Helping to prepare Health and Safety Policies & SOPs.
• Carrying out risk assessments, identifying risk reduction measures, and producing reports with improvement suggestions.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Attending safety and lean meetings, including minute-taking.
