As Health & Safety and Facilities Manager, you will provide dedicated health and safety leadership across our customer’s manufacturing and site-based operations, and take ownership of the facility, plant, and services that keep production running safely. The business is at a critical growth stage — increasing production volume, expanding its project portfolio, and scaling operational complexity. You will be central to ensuring that growth never comes at the cost of the safety of our people.
This is a hands‑on, floor-based role. You will be visible across both shifts every day, leading from the front, closing out hazards promptly, and building a safety culture that people live rather than just comply with.
