What You'll Do
  • Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care & independent living skills
  • Deliver person-centred care, tailored to individual needs, building independence, self-care, and community integration
  • Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals
  • Support with daily living tasks while promoting dignity, autonomy, and choice
  • Maintain accurate records, contribute to support plans and engage in reflective practice
  • Participate in training, supervision, and team activities to continuously improve service quality
Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health Care, Social Care, or equivalent (or strong relevant experience) Those who are enrolled in a QQI Level 5 course, and progressing are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, planning, report-writing & basic IT skills
  • Commitment to best practice standards, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding of individuals' rights
  • Reliability, empathy, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Garda vetting clearance required; full driving licence desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in Ireland
