We’re hiring Health & Safety Advisors (All levels) to join Sisk’s market-leading safety team on high-value, well-run construction projects across Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence safety standards and mentor junior colleagues, all while working with an award-winning contractor.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Lead site-based health & safety activities
• Deliver inductions, risk assessments, and safety briefings
• Support the implementation of Sisk safety management systems
• Engage with subcontractors and project teams to drive best practice

Experience

About you:

• Experience working on large-scale Tier 1 projects preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
• NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 on
• Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent
• Temporary Works
• Internal Auditor
• Local PD / CDM & PSDP / PSCS training
• Awareness of lifting operations BS 7121/IS361
• Temp Works Awareness including knowledge of TWC role
• Incident Investigation Training
