Qualifications

• Fully qualified with extensive spa therapy experience and leadership.
• Certifications in facial and body treatments (CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC).
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the spa therapy team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform high-quality face and body treatments using organic and results-driven products.
• Train, mentor, and support therapists, ensuring adherence to The Wells Spa standards.
• Monitor treatment quality, guest feedback and service efficiency to maintain excellence.
• Oversee product recommendations and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure spa hygiene and cleanliness meet the highest industry standards.
• Assist in scheduling, staff management and operational planning.
• Stay updated with the latest spa trends and wellness techniques, implementing new treatments where appropriate.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Therapist to lead our team at The Wells Spa. In this role, you will oversee spa operations, ensure the highest standards of treatments and customer service, and support the professional development of our therapists. You will be responsible for maintaining the spa's reputation for excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
