Job summary

Singapore Management University seeks an accomplished IT leader to head the Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS). You will recruit, mentor and manage a team of developers across platforms, driving innovation and on-time delivery of enterprise digital solutions.

You will shape technology strategy, budgets and roadmaps, ensure security standards, collaborate with stakeholders and oversee vendor relationships while maintaining a user-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or engineering.
• 10+ years leading software development teams in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in SAP (BTP), PeopleSoft, Azure (.NET) or Low/No-Code platforms.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in project, outsourcing and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers/engineers across platforms.
• Set goals and drive on-time, on-budget delivery of enterprise digital solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship for team members.
• Develop strategic planning and roadmaps to support business objectives.
• Define security, integration and usability standards for on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to translate requirements into design.
