Job Description:

Servisource Healthcare, in partnership with the Hermitage Clinic, are currently recruiting for a Head of Quality, Risk & Accreditation for their clinic in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. The Head of Quality, Risk & Accreditation is responsible for leading and managing the quality, safety & risk management programme within the clinic.
  2. Improve efficiency within the working environment to evolve and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  3. Operate successfully in a challenging operational environment while adhering to quality standards.
  4. Prepare, provide, and present a regular report on operational performance in respect of quality, risk, and accreditation to the Hospital Executive.
  5. Ensure audits and data collection processes are established and implemented.
  6. Analyse and summarise performance improvement data and report on findings and outcomes to the Hospital Executive team on a regular basis.
  7. Ensure data is validated in compliance with JCI QPS standards.
  8. Ensure relevant departmental and service staff are appropriately trained for data collection and validation.
Essential Criteria:
  1. Graduate or registered healthcare professional qualification.
  2. Experience in a quality/risk-related role.
  3. Knowledge of national and international regulations and recognised best practices and how they impact organisational performance.
  4. Understanding of the policy framework within which our services are delivered.
  5. Demonstrable understanding of quality improvement benchmarking and implementing improvements in practice.
