Job description

What’s In It For You

  • Salary: €100–110k + meaningful equity
  • Ownership: First Head of Product — full control of strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and how products run

You’ll be the first proper product leader at a consumer tech company that’s scaling fast.

The engineering team’s strong, the users are engaged, and there’s a big new feature waiting for someone to shape, ship, and grow.

There’s no formal product structure. Yet. The CTO’s been covering it so far, but it’s time for someone to own the roadmap, define the MVPs, and make sure product decisions aren’t just based on who shouts loudest.

If you’re after rigid process, templates, and a PM team to swap Notion docs with, this isn’t it.

If you want autonomy, pace, and a blank slate to build product properly, this is it.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Take over the entire roadmap and own strategy through to delivery
  • Lead a big new feature that touches both sides of the platform
  • Talk to users, merchants, and GTM to figure out what matters and what doesn’t
  • Run sprints, write specs, manage backlogs, and cut through noise to keep momentum
  • Work closely with a dedicated designer and 10+ engineers
  • Bring focus, structure, and product muscle to a team that’s been shipping fast.

Who You Need To Be

  • 5+ years in product, with full ownership of at least one build-launch-grow cycle
  • Experience as the first or only PM in a startup (10–50 people), owning product end-to-end
  • Time spent in a scale-up or structured product org (200+ people) so you’ve seen how good product planning and processes work
  • Strong consumer product background — you’ve worked on stuff real people actually use, not just internal tools
  • Commercial instincts, able to simplify complex problems and align stakeholders
  • Still hands-on — you’ll roll up your sleeves to ship features, not just oversee others doing it
  • Calm when things get messy, clear when people aren’t
  • Bonus: payments, consumer marketplaces, or anything similar

The Setup

  • €100–110k base + equity
  • Office in Dublin (hybrid, not remote-first)
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, product dashboards
  • Team: Designer, GTM, CSM, Analyst, engineers

The product’s live. The team’s delivering. The next phase needs someone who can bring vision, focus, and momentum — and still dive into the detail.

If you want to step into something with real ownership and zero red tape, this is it.
