Job summary

Live Nation Ireland Holdings Limited is seeking a Director of Venue Operations to drive operational excellence across its Irish venue portfolio, spanning venues from 1,000 to 14,000 capacity, including 3Arena, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, and others.

The role concentrates on leading senior management, standardising procedures, and delivering strong financial performance while ensuring top-tier fan experiences at all venues.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-site hospitality/venue operations experience.
• Leading and developing senior management teams.
• Strong operational and financial management capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardised policies and ensure General Managers implement them across all venues.
• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Venue General Managers.
• Lead operational reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes and service delivery.
• Assist with new venue opening projects, including operational setup, team recruitment and coordination.
