Head of Membership and Business Development
Full-Time / Dublin/ Hybrid
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Membership and Business Development on behalf of our client. You will lead membership growth, engagement, and strategic partnerships. This role combines leadership, relationship management, and commercial acumen to expand and strengthen Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment and retention of members.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential members.
  • Deliver on membership income and KPI targets.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and support member needs.
  • Organise sector meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage membership applications, certification, and audits.
  • Collaborate with finance, compliance, and communications teams to deliver best-in-class services.

About You:

  • Degree in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in membership development or similar role.
  • Proven success in growing and retaining membership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
