Description
Xeinadin is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our Financial Services division in Ireland. This is a new leadership position with strategic and operational input at a key point of Xeinadin's growth trajectory. The role will drive growth of our financial services offering across our Irish client base. It will also oversee new client acquisition and all aspects of the business, including operations, GTM strategy, customer service, and financial performance
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the overall strategy for Xeinadin Financial Services in Ireland.
Drive innovation in our product offerings, GTM strategy and overall operations.
Provide strong leadership, team building and direction to management and specialist teams.
Deliver sustainable profitability and market growth through identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.
Manage existing and new client relationships and develop new partnerships, building and developing Xeinadin Financial Services' profile across the both the B2B and B2C segments.
Source and identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in Ireland.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory institutions, upholding the highest standards of conduct, serving as a point of contact with regulators and working with Xeinadin's central compliance team to ensure adherence to existing and new legislation.
Manage the P&L, ensuring effective cost control and revenue growth.
Enhance operational efficiencies through process improvement and technology adoption.
Ensure exceptional standards of customer service, and policy administration whilst fostering a performance-driven, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within life insurance, pensions, or broader financial services.
Strong knowledge of life insurance and pension products, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and transformation in complex environments.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a strong customer orientation.
Relevant qualifications in finance, business, actuarial science, or related disciplines (e.g., MBA, CFA, ACII) are a plus
Additional Requirements
Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of services and continuous business improvement.
Ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, including Directors, HR teams, IT, and marketing, to support business objectives.
Good understanding of IT systems, ideally with experience in accountancy software packages.
Ability to leverage technology and digital solutions to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
Strong process and workflow management skills, with the ability to implement and optimise systems across multiple locations.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to build strong working relationships, lead teams, and support operational excellence across multiple sites.
