Job summary

Cpl Healthcare in Ireland seeks a transformative Head of Energy Operations to oversee a nationwide, multi-site operation delivering mission-critical utilities, facilities and technical services to pharma, healthcare and industrial clients.

You will report to the executive leadership team, own the national P&L, lead senior management across sites in Dublin and Kilkenny, drive growth, compliance, and customer excellence in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-site technical or operational businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large geographically dispersed teams.
• Track record of delivering growth and customer excellence.
• Degree in Engineering / Building Services / Energy Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for a national operations division.
• Lead and develop senior management teams across Ireland.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver strategic growth and identify new opportunities.
