Job summary

Intuity is seeking a Director of Customer Service Delivery in Galway, Ireland. Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the future of our customer delivery organisation across Managed Services, Infrastructure, Consulting and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop an experienced management team, setting clear direction, standards and accountability, and building leadership capability for growth.
Evolve and expand service practices, methodologies and offerings to deepen customer relationships and drive growth.
Build trust at senior level with customers and act as executive sponsor for key accounts during business reviews and roadmaps.
Define the technical roadmap for offerings in collaboration with vendors and partners to stay ahead of the market.
Own commercial outcomes, service margins, delivery economics and sustainable growth while delivering excellent customer value.
