Do you have a passion for cleanliness and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment? The Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa, Cork, part of The iNUA Collection, is now recruiting for the role of Head Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant team.

Duties

Duties include:

• Utilises supervisory skills and motivation to maximise team productivity and satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Helps team to achieve optimum quality on time
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces and equipment
• Managing waste disposal and recycling
• Restocking supplies
• Assisting chefs with prep work (washing vegetables etc.)
• Supporting chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
