This position will be 5 days over 7, working morning and afternoon shifts, with no evening/late night work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the canteen chefs in menu writing and producing quality, nutritious, and varied meals for our team across three onsite employee restaurants.
  • Manage food ordering and supplier relationships for the canteen meals.
  • Oversee the training needs of the canteen chefs.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and adherence to all health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor portion sizes and waste control to maintain profit margins.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 4 years' experience in a hotel environment.
