Job summary

Oliver Dunne Restaurant Group is opening a new Italian restaurant in Dublin 4, and we're looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen from the ground up. This is a chance to shape the menu, build and train a team, and set the tone for a restaurant we want people to fall in love with.

You will develop an authentic, seasonally-driven Italian menu, recruit and lead the kitchen brigade, manage food cost and supplier relationships, and ensure HACCP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven head chef or senior sous experience in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine.
• A genuine passion for pasta, regional Italian cooking, and quality ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities
