Healthcare Assistant – Roscommon

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a well-known Nursing Home in Roscommon, is currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant for a full-time position (39 hours per week).

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.

Requirements
  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
