Overview

Opportunity for a Health & Safety Administrator to join our Data Centre team in Dublin. We require an experienced Health & Safety Site Administrator to provide a broad range of administrative support and coordination services to a busy operational site. The Health & Safety Site Administrator will provide effective administrative support to the Health & Safety function, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance with regulations, and the smooth coordination of safety processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain health & safety records, registers, and documentation.
  • Assist with incident and accident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the preparation of reports, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate and record health & safety training and employee inductions.
  • Schedule inspections, assessments, and meetings as required.
  • Communicate health & safety policies, procedures, and updates to staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team.
Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (health & safety experience desirable).
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and systems (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable).
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a methodical approach
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive.
  • Commitment to promoting a positive health & safety culture
Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Training

  • Significant experience of working within the Construction Industry.
  • ECDL, Pitman or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications/Training

  • A Business Administration or related qualification.
  • Has a keen interest in the use of technology to improve efficiency.
