This is a full-time, on-site Guillotine Operator role based at Walsh Colour Print’s facility in Castleisland. The Guillotine Operator will set up, operate, and maintain guillotine cutting machines to accurately trim printed materials to specification. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting job tickets, measuring and checking paper sizes, performing test cuts, and ensuring that finished products meet quality and safety standards. The role also involves routine machine checks, basic troubleshooting, housekeeping of the work area, and close collaboration with press and finishing teams to deliver orders on time. The successful candidate will follow all health and safety procedures and support continuous improvement in production processes.
