You will handle bookings via email and phone, coordinate guest requests, and keep the reservations system up to date. The role includes weekend shifts and working as part of a collaborative team in the heart of Killarney.

• Process reservation bookings for the collection of hotels by email and phone.
• Investigate no-shows with each Reception desk.
• Ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
• Communicate guest requests to all departments.
• Update availability and the reservations system.
