Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a Guest Experience Porter to join our prestigious 5-star hotel, where excellence, elegance, and attention to detail define everything we do.

As a Guest Experience Porter, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests setting the tone for a memorable stay. You’ll provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage, offer local knowledge, and support the wider Front of House team to deliver seamless service with a personal touch.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a professional, friendly, and genuine attitude
• Assist guests with luggage, valet parking, and transportation needs
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and hotel amenities
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are immaculately presented
• Support concierge, front desk, and other departments as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to enhance their stay

What We\'re Looking For

• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
