Job summary

Remote is seeking a GTM Systems Product Manager to own and evolve one or more go-to-market products that support how we acquire, serve, and grow customers. You will translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and collaborate across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.

You will develop roadmaps, manage backlogs, and define measurable outcomes while leveraging AI-assisted tooling and integrations to optimize GTM workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions.
  • Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize requests, and define measurable outcomes.
  • Judgment on configuration, automation, AI, or custom development to address needs.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from discovery through adoption.
  • Curiosity and experience using AI-assisted tools to improve GTM workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication to build alignment.
  • Experience with GTM tech such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, APIs, or BI tools.
  • Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while engaging senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and lifecycle of one or more GTM products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of users, processes, data, and systems supported by your products.
  • Gather and clarify business needs, translate into well-defined requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Define success measures and use data to guide continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver solutions using configuration, automation, AI, integrations, or custom development.
  • Contribute to build-vs-buy evaluations and tech recommendations with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams through discovery, solution design, testing, release, and adoption.
  • Identify dependencies and risks, escalating to senior specialists when needed.
  • Maintain governance, release planning, communications, and enablement materials.
  • Monitor adoption and performance; seek opportunities to simplify the tech landscape.

What This Job Can Offer You
  • Own and continuously improve one or more GTM products that support how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers.

  • Build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering.
  • Lead meaningful initiatives from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop your product, technical, and strategic skills while helping evolve the technology that powers Remote’s go-to-market organization.
What You Bring
  • Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.
  • Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions.
  • Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes.
  • Sound judgment in determining whether a need should be addressed through configuration, automation, AI, custom development, or existing technology.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and adoption.
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to build, automate, or improve GTM workflows and internal tooling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment.
  • Experience with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to involve senior product, architecture, data, or engineering partners.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to build‑versus‑buy evaluations and technology recommendations in partnership with senior product and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams throughout discovery, solution design, testing, release, and adoption.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and architectural considerations, escalating or partnering with senior specialists where appropriate.
  • Maintain effective product governance, documentation, release planning, stakeholder communications, and enablement materials.
  • Monitor adoption and performance, resolve recurring pain points, and recommend opportunities to simplify or improve the technology landscape.
