Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer service across our existing and potential customer base. You will build and maintain strong relationships within your targeted territory, driving growth in the automotive aftermarket.

You will work with the Business Development Team, attend regional events, and support marketing activities while operating 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create strong leads and opportunities for LKQ UK and Ireland channels, ensuring compliant marketing activity.
• Identify existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within branch geographic areas.
• Conduct customer account reviews with the branch management team focusing on KPIs and opportunities.
• Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders and understand the automotive aftermarket.
• Act as a key member of the ECP Business Development Team and demonstrate team standards and values.
• Participate in regional customer events.
• Attend national and local training events.
• Work hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
