You will implement stock and order processes, work with senior management, and ensure smooth shop-floor integration with tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Business, IT, or digital systems.
• Experience in busy restaurant/food court environment.
• Ability to analyse stock, sales and margins and prepare structured recommendations for senior management.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on shop floor involvement.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business units and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of market, customer expectations and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage rollout of new self-service ordering kiosks and integration with tills and overall business.
• Set sales goals for new tech initiatives and analyze data to improve profitability.
• Implement and manage a digital ordering and stock system across shop floor.
• Collaborate with Just Eat and grow online orders and delivery trade.
• Coordinate technical systems to control and manage the business efficiently.
• Support customers and team members when interfacing with new technology.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales, pricing and margins across units.
• Work with operational teams to deliver new opportunities profitably.
• Assist recruitment, training and development of junior sales staff.
