  • Support business stakeholders on cross-border tax matters, including withholding taxes and cash repatriation, permanent establishment considerations and local tax requirements.
  • Contribute to the delivery of international tax planning projects and strategic initiatives aligned with Group objectives, identifying appropriate holding structures to mitigate tax costs.
  • Assist in assessing the tax implications of new products, services and business initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant local tax requirements.
  • Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings and integration activities as required.
  • Assist with tax due diligence, data gathering and analysis for transaction and restructuring projects.
  • Support international expansion initiatives through research and analysis of possible holding structures.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with external advisers on assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are received on time and within budget.
  • Prepare clear and concise tax analyses, presentations and briefing materials for business stakeholders.
  • Build effective working relationships across Finance, Treasury, Commercial, Legal, Group and Divisional Tax teams.
  • Promote tax awareness throughout the business and support the development of tax governance and best practice.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
  • Ability to communicate tax concepts clearly and effectively to both tax and non-tax audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
