Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Dublin city centre is seeking a Group Accountant to join a growing finance team. The role offers hybrid working and broad group accounting exposure across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate is a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 1-4 years PQE, strong Excel skills, and a proven background in statutory reporting under FRS 102, management accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and 1-4 years PQE in industry.
• Experience in group accounting across multiple entities and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial accounting for a portfolio of group entities across sectors.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, variance analysis and commentary.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under FRS 102 and coordinate the annual audit.
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations, loan schedules, and consolidation workings.
• Coordinate tax compliance and statutory filings with external advisers.
• Support live transactions, investor reporting and finance system implementations.

• Maintaining intercompany reconciliations, loan schedules, and consolidation workings across a large multi-entity group;
• Co-ordinating tax compliance and statutory filings with external advisers;
• Supporting live transactions, investor reporting, and new finance system implementation projects.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with 1-4 years PQE in indsutry;
• Top 10 practice trained with experience across a variety of client industries;
• Advanced excel skills;
