St. Peters Parish Group is seeking a Caretaker/Groundsperson for Monksland Community Centre. The role covers cleaning and maintenance of the centre and surrounding grounds, including grass cutting, painting, minor repairs, and pitch markings.

This is a developmental opportunity with accredited training offered. Eligibility for Community Employment is required and will be verified by the Department.

Qualifications

• Developmental opportunity; no experience required.
• Accredited training will be provided.
• Must have licence to operate lawnmower.
• Cleaning and maintenance of Community Centre and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of Football Club and grounds, grass cutting, pitch marking, divets, spraying, painting, minor repairs.
• Community Centre, cleaning and maintenance of Centre, preparing centre for classes, functions, painting and minor repairs.
