Overview

At Manna our mission is to bring faster and safer food delivery to the suburban populations of cities in Europe and in the US. We have designed and built our own aviation-grade drones to deliver food directly from restaurants and centralised kitchens to consumers’ homes.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines outlined in our Operations Manual.
• A skilled barista to craft high-quality coffees, delivered by drones to our valued local customers.
• Possesses a keen sense of vigilance, always on the lookout for potential safety risks or unusual occurrences.
• Full driving license and access to the car will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling all coffee orders, working with operations on production timings to ensure the coffees go out in the drone in peak condition.
• Product Suitability: Ensure that products are appropriately packaged and within the required volume specifications for safe drone delivery.
• Payload Preparation: Pack the payload into cassettes that integrate with our aircraft.
• Drone Loading: Responsible for loading the drone and confirming that the take-off area is free from obstructions and people.
• Cartridge Management: Oversee the loading and quality checking of all drop cartridges used during the delivery phase.
• Battery Management: Maintain a constant supply of charged cassettes, vital for uninterrupted flight operations.
• Operating an electric bike ("E-Bike") to collect and deliver orders.

Availability

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are desirable, though we are flexible for the right candidate.
