Whitbread's Premier Inn in Dublin City Centre (North Docklands) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. The role is part-time, 10 hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends, paying up to €15.25 per hour.

You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the reception and public areas in good order. No two shifts are the same, and training is provided. Location is 22 Sheriff Street Upper, North Dock, Dublin 1.

We're currently recruiting in our Dublin City Centre (North Docklands) Premier Inn. Working 10 hours per week, paying up to €15.25 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – Dublin City Centre (North Docklands) Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to €15.25 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 10 guaranteed hours per week.

Location: 22 Sheriff Street Upper, North Dock, Dublin 1, D01 P3F4

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What You’ll Do

As a Ground Floor Team Member, no two shifts look exactly the same.

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place. You’ll be helping guests, supporting teammates and keeping the hotel running smoothly.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.

If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.
