Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development from modelling to production deployment.
• Influence product and technology strategy through domain expertise.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, data, and applications teams to translate innovations.
• Engage with grid OEMs and utilities to address real-world challenges.
• Mentor engineers and build a high-performance team with growth into leadership.
