Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee the end-to-end GRCM process and related technology in Ireland. You will coordinate across teams, manage production support, and drive data-led improvements in regulatory change lifecycle performance.

The role requires experience in service delivery, governance reporting, and strong stakeholder engagement to enable timely issue resolution and platform stability across ServiceNow, CUBE and RegBook workflows.

Qualifications

• Ideally, a compliance or regulatory background within financial services.
• Experience of technology-enabled operations, including ServiceNow, production support and operational reporting.
• Advanced analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability, with dashboard development and strong Excel/Power BI skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating complex cross-functional activity across senior stakeholders.
• Clear executive communication, sound judgement and a disciplined, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional operational coordination across GRCM, Horizon Scanning, Regulatory Oversight, Rules Inventory, ServiceNow, CUBE and D&T stakeholders.
• Monitor cross-functional hand-offs and dependencies to ensure timely escalation and progression of actions.
• Drive resolution of complex issues spanning multiple processes or teams with clear direction.
• Maintain oversight of Traceability Matrix production status and related cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead development and enhancement of the ServiceNow operational dashboard and management information.
