A leading renewable energy company in Ireland is seeking a Grant Documentation Administrator to enhance their QA & Documentation division. This role involves managing grant documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting grant management processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess key skills in communication and data management.
The Role;
Document Management: Maintain and organise documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials
Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted promptly.
Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Communication Support: Follow up liaising with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders and other professionals on documentation requirements.
Document Formatting: Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organized.
Administrative Support: Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting basic research on potential grant opportunities.
